[01]Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Natiq platform, our APIs, SDKs, dashboards or any related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
[02]The service
Natiq provides a real-time AI avatar platform, including speech-to-video generation and managed conversational agent APIs. We may add, remove, or modify features at any time, and reserve the right to suspend the Service for maintenance, security or compliance reasons.
[03]Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised access. We may revoke access if we suspect abuse, fraud or activity that puts the Service at risk.
[04]Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to generate or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, sexually explicit involving minors, harassing, or that violates the rights of any person. You may not impersonate real individuals without their explicit consent.
Use of the Service must comply with applicable laws, including export controls and data protection regulations.
[05]Plans, credits and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Credits included in your plan reset on each billing cycle. Usage above your bundle is billed at the published overage rate.
Refunds are not provided for partial periods, unused credits, or plan downgrades, except where required by law.
[06]Intellectual property
Natiq and its licensors retain all rights, title and interest in the Service, including software, models, designs and trademarks. You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and the outputs generated for your use, subject to the terms of your plan.
[07]Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Natiq disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
[08]Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Natiq will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
[09]Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by closing your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or if required by law. Sections intended to survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law — will remain in effect.
[10]Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Natiq is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
[11]Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
