Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Natiq platform, websites, APIs, or related services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Natiq provides a Hyper Human platform, including Hyper Human generation, retrieval-augmented workflows, integrations, and deployment options such as shared cloud, dedicated VPC, and self-hosted architectures. Features and credit allocations vary by plan.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting platform integrity, or deploying Hyper Humans for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes.

You retain all rights to the data, documents, and content you submit to the Services. You grant Natiq a limited license to process this content solely to provide the Services. Natiq does not use your proprietary data to train shared public models.

Paid plans include a monthly bundle of credits. Usage above the bundle is billed at the published overage rate. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

We target over 99% uptime across multiple regions. Specific service-level commitments for enterprise deployments are defined in the applicable enterprise agreement.

The Services are provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Natiq's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases and we will delete or return customer data per the applicable agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Riyadh.
